AMPED IN THE PARK- Fitness Series
AMPED IN THE PARK is a FREE monthly fitness series that takes place in the beautiful Northside Hospital Cherokee Amphitheater. Woodstock Parks & Recreation is encouraging all residents and visiting families to join the activities. All workouts are fitness friendly (meaning you don’t have to be super fit to participate). Active Adult & Senior Programs
For active adults and seniors, the William G. Long Senior Center is the place to be. Daily programs, weekly lunches and field trips, and extended trips to places like New England in the Fall, Nashville, and Hawaii, be sure to join in on the fun! Olde Rope Mill Park
The Taylor Randahl Memorial Mountain Bike Trail system is comprised of three trails: Explorer (Intermediate), Avalanche (Intermediate) and The Mill Trails (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced). Avalanche opened in 2010, Explorer in 2011 and The Mill in 2015. For current trail status and more information visit www.sorbawoodstock.org.
Dupree Park Family Mountain Bike Trails
For shorter trails perfect for beginner biking and hiking, visit the Family Mountain Bike trails at Dupree Park.
Prodigy PAR2 Disc Golf Course at Dupree Park
This is a full 18 hole short course, perfect for practicing your short game or playing a round with the family. Is your short game up for a PAR2 Challenge?
Woofstock Park
Woofstock Dog Park has large breed and a small breed off-leash areas, complete with shade structures fountains, benches, restrooms, and also serves as a trail head connection to Noonday Creek and Town Lake Pass trails.

Dupree Park Outdoor Fitness Station
FREE to use and located on the walking path at Dupree Park. Fitness stations use your own body weight as resistance and provides a great full body workout. Perfect for combining with some laps around the path.
Please inspect each piece of equipment before each use and contact the Parks and Recreation Department immediately there is an issue (770) 517-6788.
Remember to take 2 minutes of rest between exercises and stay hydrated!
Park Pavilion Usage
Woodstock Parks and Recreation does not accept reservations for pavilions. Picnics and parties are allowed in the pavilions on a first come first serve basis for FREE.
Be sure to follow City of Woodstock ordinances for parks and recreation.

Olde Rope Mill Park: 1 small pavilion
Canoeing & Kayaking Olde Rope Mill Park
Olde Rope Mill Park has become the spot for launching canoes and kayaks into the Little River. Points of interest from the park include Toonigh Creek Falls, Little River Marina, and Lake Allatoona.

Olde Rope Mill Park - Little River
Whether you use a kayak, canoe, stand up paddleboard, or enjoy fishing from the dock or the bank, there are plenty of opportunities to fish for bass, catfish, bream, crappie, and other species from within the park.
