To view your account on that site: Please input your five digit account number in the search bar. If your account number previously had less than five digits, please add the requisite zeros in front of your account number to make it five digits.

Other Utility Billing Payment Options

All City of Woodstock water meters are read on a monthly basis. Our customers will receive a monthly water and/or sewer bill based upon these readings.

Payment options include:
  • Enroll in the automatic draft program to have your utility bill automatically deducted from your checking account. A customer will receive a bill prior to the customer's checking account being drafted. The amount on the bill will be deducted by the due date of the bill. To enroll, please print and complete the automatic draft enrollment form. Return with your next payment or mail it to us at City of Woodstock Water Department, 12453 Hwy. 92 Woodstock, GA 30188.
  • Mail your payment (check or money order) along with your payment stub to City of Woodstock Water Department, 12453 Hwy. 92, Woodstock, GA 30188.
  • Pay in person with cash, check, or credit card at our office at 12453 Highway 92 in Woodstock. There is a drive-thru window for your convenience. A payment can be left anytime in the drop box located next to the drive-thru window at this location.


Please submit payments on or before the due date on your bill. Nonpayment may result in termination of service.

Returned checks

There is a $30 fee for check and electronic payments that are returned.
